Description
Description

The Vizsla is a sleek coated, rust colored, quick-footed gundog. Combining affection and skill for hunting, the Vizsla alternates between an intense work personality and a loving, sensitive personality while at home. Originally bred by the Magyar kingdom in the mid-800s, this historic breed’s origin story is one of traveling death and destruction as the Magyar kingdom rode on horseback conquering towns across Europe. Back then, the Vizsla had two options, keep up with the pack or be left behind. Keeping up with its pack, lead to the creation of the athletic, and enduring Vizsla. The Vizsla, as a skilled athlete, is the only breed to have won championships in five different sports in American Kennel Club history.
