It loves company and is neither aggressive nor shy. Besides, it is always active and cheerful thanks to its fine bones, long legs, and lean muscles. The Russian Toy has large triangular, erect ears, larger eyes, a small distinctive head, and a brown and tan, black and tan, blue and tan, or solid red coat with different shades. There is a slight variation between the long-coated and smooth-coated with ear, hair, and tail.
