Use the right hand to wrap the pointer and middle finger around the big toe then extend the right leg out to the right while balancing on the left foot, the left hand can rest on the right hip. There are a few modifications to this posture, such as just holding the knee with the right leg bent until the Yogi works their way up to the full expression.
