To do Lord of the Fishes Pose II, start sitting on the floor with legs straight out in front, bend the right knee and place the right foot on the outside of the left thigh. Inhale the left arm over head and on the exhale, twist from the pelvis to bring the left elbow to the outside of the right knee. Use the breath to twist deeper into the posture.
