To do Big Toe Pose, go into a forward fold and take the pointer and middle finger together to wrap around the big toe between the big toe and the second toe pressing the toes against the fingers pulling further into the stretch by moving the crown of the head down, bringing the tummy in and lifting the pelvis while the hamstrings release.
