Garland Pose is an intermediate standing posture that stretches the angles, groin, hips, back and shoulders. Garland Pose has some preparatory postures such as Bound Angle, Wide Leg Forward Fold, and Hero Pose.
To do Garland Pose, being in a standing position spreading the feet a little wider than hip distance, the toes facing slightly out. Slowly lower the hips and take the elbows to the inside of the thighs pushing the thighs against the elbows. Keep the back straight and gaze forward.
