When doing Half Frog Pose, avoid feeling anything in the knee, if the Yogi does feel a sensation in the knee, back off on the pose until more flexibility is acquired.
To do Half Frog Pose, lie on the tummy and rest the arms under the shoulders, like in Sphinx Pose. Press into the earth with the right hand, straightening the arm and reach back with the left hand to grab the top of the left foot. Pull the left foot towards the buttocks, keeping the pubic bone grounded to the earth. Repeat on the other side.
