To do Lord of the Dance Pose, begin standing in Mountain Pose and lift the right leg grabbing the foot behind the hips. Raise the left arm and begin to move forward lifting and kicking the bent let into the air while still holding the foot and balancing on the left foot. Repeat on the other side for balance.
