Black Panther, real name T’Challa, is the superhero king of the African nation of Wakanda that appears in Marvel Comics. Through the usage of ancient Wakandan rituals and usage of a heart-shaped herb, Black Panther shares in the wisdom and experiences of past Black Panthers and possesses enhanced strength, speed, reflexes, durability, agility, and stamina. Additionally, T’Challa is a genius inventor and tactician that utilizes a custom vibranium suit for durability in battle. Black Panther was introduced by Marvel in Fantastic Four #52 in July, 1966.
